Hi all, in particular Yellowfox, as I've already said a hello to Willowhawk. As you know I haven't been playing for about 3 years, but due to a better computer and getting used to my family life, I'm back ?. I probably won't see much of you guys as I'm over here in England and can't guarantee any late nights. You never know though we may catch a glimpse or two. I'm currently just trying to get used to playing again and finding all my bits, learning to cook and eat. And also trying to understand the new building programme. For that reason I will be spending a bit of time on the war server as I can muck around a bit with out ruining our Raven Moon. Any advice for building or recipes and farming would be appreciated but I'm sure I'll work it out (as that's half the fun). Also if there is anything you would like me to do/collect for Raven Moon then again let me know. Maybe catch you laters Regards

Hi again, i hope someone reads this.... Just a quick query really, I'm raising my logging & Forestry skill to get High Quality Logs. I know the 2 above skills + the forestry skill of the person who planted the tree all count towards the quality of the log. But does the Quality of the Axe effect the Log Quality? It's just i seem to be getting the same quality of log from using a poor axe and a premier axe. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks :-)

Hey Torak,
Well once again our real life schedules seem to be out of sync. I finally have a little time to devote to the game and it appears you only recently left.
Sorry to have missed you all this time, I hope you are still around or coming back again soon.

Hey Torak, nice to hear from you! I missed you a while back when you were playing again hopefully I'll catch you this time. If you are thinking of redoing your build that sounds good. There are lots more arch pieces available now (Willow and I might be able to help get you started collecting the new BP's) and you don't really need to mess with dirt at all now as the structures will sit on uneven ground and sink into the ground as well. You might just want to lower your dirt to flat and then build up from there? 10 levels is max at the moment but I'm hoping that will increase soon. Note: we do need to keep the dirt that holds up the hot springs but you can do whatever you want from that edge over and even expand across the road if you get a building bug. Welcome Back!

Hi Torak What you probably saw was some ghost platform i dropped down behind your place. I was going to try building a deck out back with platforms since they will meld into the ground and stack, we can make a nice level deck behind your place that you can walk right to the water edge. I stopped because I need a bit more supplies to finish that many platforms and I have other irons in the fire currently. So if I do place these and you plan to rebuild your place that's fine, we can tear them out no problem =) I have been doing this around tribe (Up above) with some of the old structures giving them a better foundation, and covering up all the dirt that we couldn't do before. Anyway, like Yellowfox said, we can probably help get you some of the new Arch recipes that you may not have yet. Glad you got your totem refreshed too, I'm going to rebuild the road East of there at some point since someone pulled all the logs etc, and build a ramp system down that steep part now that we can build on any surface

Hey, So i have decided to re-make my residence. What with all the new Schemes, i should be able to make something really nice! (Well Discounting all the great stuff our master architect YellowFox has been doing)! Couple of things though, Firstly i have been trying to dismantle my place but a few things were made by WillowHawk and YellowFox, could you guys go on at some point and demolish them (as i can't). Secondly would it be okay (maybe) to use the plot just out the front of my place (Plot 8 i think?)? I got a few ideas and linking them up might be cool. Anyway catch you on soon

Hey Torak, I'll check you character's permissions on the totem, I'm guessing demolish is turned off as it is for everyone just so we don't accidentally take down structures. Once that is on you will be able to demolish your build. I'm fine with you using lot 8, check with Willowhawk too. As you demolish you might get some mats back if there was decent mats used in building and your Arch skill is 60-70+. You can use those on the new build. Just post here if you need anything else.

Hey Torak, We keep Dismantle turned off as Yellowfox said just so no one accidentally dismantles something that can't be rebuilt. What Yellowfox and I and River have done is create our own rank name and privileges. Mine is White Raven, Yellowfox is Elder Fox, and Riverspirit is Spirit Raven. Rivers is set to no dismantle since she doesn't build, so she never needs to worry about dismantling anything by accident. So if you have a rank name you'd like to use, you can go in and create that rank, then set the permissions to whatever you want, and it won't effect everyone else who is also an Elder Raven. You can stay with Elder Raven of course, but the option is yours to change it too =) OH, and feel free to build on the lot across from you
